I decided to join on the fun of tag I’ve recently seen on Meg’s blog – W.I.N.T.E.R #Suntag. The tag was originally created by Bibliobeth, who was inspired by booktuber LAUREN AND THE BOOKS. This tag involves showcasing books whose first letter of titles spell out a word WINTER.
For W, I selected a book by one of my favourite authors – White Teeth by Zadie Smith. A contemporary novel set in London, about two WWII veterans and their families.
I stands for In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, classic true crime nonfiction.
For the N, I selected Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro, beautifully written dystopian novel.
T is a novel with a controversial topic of teacher-student relationship – Tampa by Alissa Nutting.
E is a lovely YA contemporary romance – Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell.
The last letter, R stands for Room by Emma Donoghue, a heartbreaking novel written from the POV of a five-year-old boy.
